About the role#
CECP is looking for an intern to join the Corporate Leadership and Advisory team. You will support our efforts to connect corporate leaders with our content and help them refine their purpose strategies. This role involves working across our team to convene and empower leaders through virtual events, research projects, and advisory services. You will report to the Manager of Strategic Advisory and work closely with the Associate Manager of Events.
What you'll do#
- Use Salesforce to update event campaigns and log action points after events.
- Help manage speaker engagement for two signature events by scheduling calls, collecting bios and headshots, and updating event materials.
- Build a CEO directory for the CEO Board of Boards event.
- Support virtual Accelerator event series by updating PowerPoint presentations and posting content to group pages.
- Perform secondary research, editing, and other tasks to assist with internal decision making for events and research projects.
What you'll need#
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools like Calendly.
- Coursework or an advanced degree in a field such as sustainability, public policy, corporate communications, or public administration.
- A clear interest in supporting the mission of CECP.
- Ability to work with a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail.
Location & details#
- This is a remote position. You must be a United States citizen and reside in the U.S. for the duration of the internship.
- The term runs from October 2026 through June 2027.
- This is a part-time role requiring up to 10 hours per week.
- The position offers a stipend of $20.00 per hour.
