About the role#
The Enrollment Intern manages specific projects within the Enrollment and Advising Department. You will help the team meet sales and retention goals through document collection, visa and immigration support, and general enrollment operations. This is a part-time position requiring 20 hours per week, scheduled between Monday and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
What you'll do#
- Assist with visa and immigration support procedures.
- Process student documents uploaded to the portal by reviewing them for accuracy.
- Mark documents as received in the Student Information System.
- Communicate with students or account owners if documents require resubmission.
- Issue documents to students as needed.
- Provide phone support for the Enrollment Services department.
- Record notes regarding student communication in the CRM system.
What you'll need#
- Prior experience in higher education is preferred.
- A strong commitment to customer service.
- Comfort with phone and computer-based work.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience using CRM databases, with a preference for Salesforce.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- An understanding of confidentiality and ethical boundaries regarding student privacy.
