About the role#
As an intern in Project Control, you will join the Project Management Office (PMO) team within the Projects department. This role offers the chance to work on large-scale infrastructure projects and gain experience alongside professionals in various fields.
What you'll do#
- Build control and tracking dashboards to assist PMO management and discipline directors.
- Create roadmaps to synthesize priority activities and project milestones.
- Help compile and track project hours for internal teams.
- Contribute to the production of monthly project reports and other management deliverables.
- Assist the management team in preparing presentations, comparative tables, and supporting documents.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, with a focus on Excel.
- Ability to analyze and structure quantitative data.
- Strong communication skills in both French and English, orally and in writing.
- Team spirit, rigor, and a willingness to learn.
- Interest in the public transit or railway sector.
- Previous experience in infrastructure project management is an asset.
