About the role#
As a member of the CSO and Innovation team, you will work on emerging technologies to support rapid prototyping, experimentation, and the delivery of Agentic AI solutions. This role is designed for a technical generalist who can work across multiple areas including agentic AI, conversational avatars, mobile development, and 3D modeling. You will work directly with the Chief Science Officer to build proof-of-concepts and support high-impact projects.
What you'll do#
- Participate in the full lifecycle of development, from ideation and design to testing and deployment.
- Build and refine agentic AI systems, including conversational agentic avatars.
- Develop dashboards and user interfaces for internal tools and models.
- Prototype new tools, frameworks, and technologies to evaluate feasibility and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Engineering, Product, and R&D.
- Conduct rapid research and provide recommendations on emerging technologies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. program in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience across Agentic AI, data visualization, mobile app development, data science, ML modeling, and 3D modeling.
- Proficiency in software development using Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Understanding of Linux systems, bash scripting, and version control using Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
