About the role#
The Parallel Co-op Program offers continuous employment for students focused on product development. This program provides an early talent pipeline where you will be paired with product development teams to work full-time in-person during the summer and part-time throughout the school year. You will receive mentorship and professional development while contributing to meaningful engineering projects.
What you'll do#
- Work alongside engineering teams to complete design and simulation tasks.
- Develop embedded software in C, C#, and C++ for electronic control modules.
- Perform testing and validation of electronic components and control systems.
- Analyze and optimize engineering processes by applying mechanical, manufacturing, systems, or industrial engineering knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engineering solutions.
What you'll need#
- Current full-time enrollment in a 4-year university pursuing an ABET-accredited degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, Agricultural, or Aerospace Engineering (or Engineering Technology).
- A minimum 3.0/4.0 cumulative GPA.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new skills.
- Capability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Modality: On-site (full-time during the summer).
- Compensation: This is a paid position.
