About the role#
CAS is seeking a Technology Summer Intern to join the Enterprise Infrastructure team for the summer of 2027. This role focuses on supporting Data Center storage systems. You will work from our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio, to gain hands-on experience with professional software development and infrastructure practices. This internship runs from May 17, 2027, to August 6, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Build software applications, services, and systems that improve CAS products and business solutions.
- Work with teammates and product owners to groom backlogs of epics and stories.
- Build professional relationships across the organization.
- Participate in training opportunities to learn about current technology trends.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or Computer Engineering.
- Experience with at least one of the following: AI tooling, system administration, data protection principles, or data center storage like s3, NFS, or CIFS.
- Experience with Linux, containerization tools such as Kubernetes or Docker, or version control with GIT.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication, teaming, and leadership skills.
- Authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
