About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship opportunity for the Fall 2026 term. The role is based on-site in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, and requires a 40-hour work week.
What you'll do#
As an Infrastructure Services Intern, you will support the Network Automation SME in continuous improvement initiatives. Your responsibilities include:
- Enhancing observability and eliminating workflow gaps.
- Developing automation tools and user interfaces.
- Optimizing workflows within the ITSM platform (SNOW).
- Developing Infrastructure as Code (IAC) for Cloud Network Operations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Digital Technology.
- An overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Experience with Python or similar programming languages.
- Working knowledge of ITSM platforms such as SNOW.
- Proficiency in Git, Microsoft Office Suite, and general networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and project management skills.
