About the role#
This internship supports the Marketing team in integrating AI tools like Copilot and Claude into our content workflows. You will focus on optimizing our content for AI-powered search and assistant experiences while building resources to help the team work more efficiently.
What you'll do#
- Test and document effective prompts for common content tasks.
- Build and maintain a shared prompt library for the marketing team.
- Repurpose existing assets, such as turning webinar recordings into blog posts, social media content, and FAQs.
- Research best practices for how content appears in AI search engines and assistants.
- Audit existing content to find gaps and improve AI discoverability.
- Recommend and implement changes to make content easier for AI tools to process.
- Document your findings and share actionable recommendations with the team.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
- Interest in applying AI tools to content work.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Detail-oriented approach with solid organizational habits.
- Ability to research independently and synthesize information into clear recommendations.
- Comfort with learning new software and tools quickly.

- This is a remote, paid, full-time internship.
- You will report to the Marketing department and collaborate across content and communications teams.
