About the role#
CareSource offers a 12-week, paid summer internship program for students seeking real-world experience in Enterprise Architecture. Interns participate in projects that support healthcare IT initiatives, work with mentors, and attend seminars to learn from company leaders. This role provides an opportunity to apply academic knowledge to practical business challenges.
What you'll do#
- Analyze business processes, data, and technology solutions to find gaps, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Gather and document business requirements, workflows, and process maps.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for stakeholders.
- Use analytical tools, AI technologies, and your understanding of IT infrastructure to support business goals.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Current status as a rising junior or senior in an accredited degree program, or graduation within the last 6 months.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Effective critical thinking, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidential information.
- Flexibility and dependability in your work.
