About the role#
CareSource offers a 12-week, paid summer internship program designed to provide college students with real-world experience. You will gain exposure to company projects, participate in seminars with leadership, and build professional skills. This is a full-time, remote opportunity.
What you'll do#
- Provide support on special projects, initiatives, and specific activities.
- Participate in seminars to network with company leaders.
- Engage in job-specific training and mentorship programs.
- Collaborate with team members while completing independent tasks.
What you'll need#
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university degree program, or graduation within the last 6 months.
- Rising Junior or Rising Senior status is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Effective listening, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidential information.
- Dependability and flexibility.
