About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Summer 2027 term based on-site in Fort Worth, Texas. You will gain hands-on experience in the truck transportation industry by supporting our sales team and learning core business operations.
What you'll do#
- Generate leads and make sales calls to qualify potential customers.
- Manage the proposal process and follow up on inquiries.
- Assist with telemarketing efforts and track sales leads.
- Support departments including rental, allied, and accounts receivable.
- Participate in scheduled training activities.
- Potentially close sales as you gain experience.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor degree program, specifically in Business Administration or Marketing.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management abilities.
- Self-motivation, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to solve problems.
- A team-oriented mindset.
- A valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Ability to safely operate lift trucks for product demonstrations.
