About the role#

The Legal Student Intern will join the in-house legal team to support operations across 19 international offices. This is a part-time, temporary position with an anticipated schedule of approximately 20 hours per week, designed to offer flexibility around your academic schedule.

What you'll do#

Assist in-house lawyers with research projects, corporate qualification, and professional licensing matters.
Draft corporate resolutions and minutes.
Analyze contracts.
Assist with dispute resolution.
Perform other duties as required.

What you'll need#

Current enrollment in a Juris Doctorate program.
Strong research, writing, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using online legal research resources.
Previous legal experience is preferred.

Employment Type: Part-time, temporary
Compensation: $19.25 to $23.25 per hour
