    About the role#

    The Legal Student Intern will join the in-house legal team to support operations across 19 international offices. This is a part-time, temporary position with an anticipated schedule of approximately 20 hours per week, designed to offer flexibility around your academic schedule.

    What you'll do#

    • Assist in-house lawyers with research projects, corporate qualification, and professional licensing matters.
    • Draft corporate resolutions and minutes.
    • Analyze contracts.
    • Assist with dispute resolution.
    • Perform other duties as required.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a Juris Doctorate program.
    • Strong research, writing, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in using online legal research resources.
    • Previous legal experience is preferred.

    • Work Modality: On-site
    • Employment Type: Part-time, temporary
    • Compensation: $19.25 to $23.25 per hour
