About the role#
The Legal Student Intern will join our in-house legal team to support operations across our 19 international offices. This is a part-time, temporary position requiring approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate your academic schedule. This role is paid and based on-site in Buffalo, New York.
What you'll do#
- Assist in-house lawyers with research projects, corporate qualification, and professional licensing matters.
- Draft corporate resolutions and minutes.
- Analyze various contracts.
- Assist with dispute resolution processes.
- Perform other legal duties as required.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in and pursuit of a Juris Doctorate degree.
- Strong research, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using online legal research resources.
- Previous legal experience is preferred.

- Compensation: $19.25 to $23.25 per hour, with potential eligibility for discretionary bonuses.
