About the role#
This internship supports the Marketing and Communications creative team during an organization-wide rebrand. The role provides hands-on experience in implementing a comprehensive brand system across multiple channels while developing professional design skills. You will work closely with the creative team to update materials, organize assets, and ensure visual consistency across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Apply the new visual identity across marketing materials, presentations, templates, and digital assets.
- Support the development, organization, and implementation of brand guidelines to ensure consistency.
- Create and update branded templates for PowerPoint, Word, reports, and email communications.
- Maintain Adobe Creative Cloud Libraries, including logos, icons, and photography, to ensure asset accessibility.
- Contribute to design projects such as social media graphics, email campaigns, infographics, and internal communications.
- Review materials for consistency, accessibility, and adherence to visual identity standards.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and design critiques.
What you'll need#
- Completed at least three years of accredited college or university coursework.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to collect and synthesize data.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach when working with internal and external teams.
- Preferred experience includes proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, along with an understanding of typography and layout.

- This is a remote, full-time, paid internship based in the United States.
