    About the role#

    This internship provides hands-on experience within the Manufacturing Operations team. Designed to develop future leaders, the position offers direct exposure to team supervision, production processes, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work under the guidance of experienced managers to build the skills necessary for future supervisory and management roles.

    What you'll do#

    • Support the day-to-day supervision of production activities.
    • Work closely with employees on the production floor to support team engagement.
    • Promote a safe and respectful work environment while supporting Health & Safety initiatives.
    • Contribute to the achievement of quality, productivity, and delivery targets.
    • Participate in performance analysis, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement projects.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
    • Knowledge of manufacturing operations.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
    • Demonstrated leadership potential, initiative, and team-building abilities.
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
    • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement principles is considered an asset.
    • Previous internship experience in a manufacturing environment is considered an asset.

    Location & details#

    • Location: Montreal (St. Laurent), Quebec, Canada.
    • Work Modality: On-site.
    • Term: Summer 2026, with a duration of 4 or 6 months starting August 31st.
    • Schedule: Candidates must choose between two shifts: 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. or 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.
    • Requirements: Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP). Security background checks for permit holders may take a minimum of 16 weeks.
