About the role#
Cadent is seeking an intern to support the corporate AI Adoption initiative within the Finance department. As part of the Project Curiosity Enterprise AI Cohort, this role focuses on the intersection of artificial intelligence and financial operations. You will identify and build solutions to enhance financial analysis, automate reporting, and improve efficiency for accounting and revenue operations teams.
What you'll do#
- Interview team leads and power users across the Finance department to identify high-impact use cases for AI.
- Utilize Gemini Enterprise to design, build, and deploy custom AI agents for financial workflows, such as data reconciliation, variance analysis, and forecasting.
- Map out specific departmental workflows for AI-driven automation and optimization.
- Develop user-friendly documentation and training materials, including prompt libraries, to help finance team members adopt Gemini Enterprise.
- Track the impact of AI agents on financial processes and support the creation of case studies to showcase results.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Familiarity with financial concepts and an interest in applying technology to solve financial problems.
- Experience with generative AI tools, such as Gemini, ChatGPT, or Claude, is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

- Term: Fall 2026 (September 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026).
- Commitment: Part-time, 20 hours per week.

- Compensation: Paid position ($20.00 - $25.00 per hour).
