About the role#
We are looking for Data Science interns to join our team for the Summer 2027 program. You will work alongside data scientists and AI engineers to build enterprise applications on the C3 Agentic AI Platform. You will help define new analytics capabilities and implement machine learning algorithms that run at scale for our customers.
What you'll do#
- Drive the adoption of AI and agentic AI systems into our next generation of products.
- Design and deploy machine learning algorithms for industrial use cases like fraud detection and predictive maintenance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customer subject matter experts to interpret and use new data elements.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an MS or PhD program for Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience with applied machine learning, generative AI, and agentic AI.
- Proficiency in prototyping languages such as Python and R.
- A strong mathematical background covering linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.
- Experience with scalable machine learning, including distributed computing, cloud-native environments, and streaming.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, Java, time series, and dynamical systems is preferred.

- Compensation: $8,000 to $10,000 per month.
