About the role#
As a Capacity Portfolio Representative intern, you will gain hands-on experience in business development and account management. You will work alongside industry professionals to learn internal business processes and supply chain best practices. This paid program includes an interactive onboarding session to introduce you to our technology and business strategies. You will join our sales team to drive growth and provide service to our client base.
What you'll do#
- Build relationships internally across teams and externally with customers, carriers, and suppliers.
- Use our proprietary global supply chain platform, Navisphere.
- Apply skills across various areas of logistics, including sales, negotiation, operations management, and transportation information systems.
- Receive mentorship from experienced professionals to build your network in the industry.
What you'll need#
- Undergraduate education at a Junior or Senior level.
- Majors in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or Communications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask with high attention to detail.
- Motivation to deliver independent results in a team environment.
- A commitment to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
