About the role#
As a Marketing Intern for Earthwise, you will support marketing initiatives for our reusable bag solutions. You will work with the marketing team on digital campaigns, content creation, social media, e-commerce, and market research. This is a paid, part-time, rolling internship that provides hands-on experience in brand management and business growth.
What you'll do#
- Manage the content calendar and create social media posts.
- Engage with online communities and monitor social media channels.
- Assist with product photography, image editing, and organizing asset libraries.
- Help plan and execute product photoshoots.
- Create and update marketing collateral, presentations, and digital assets.
- Manage product sample inventories and prepare customer sample kits.
- Research market trends, competitors, and new customer segments.
- Update content for the Amazon Storefront and company website.
- Build prospect databases using tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn.
- Support lead generation and targeted marketing campaigns.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a college program in Marketing, Business, Communications, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
- Strong planning, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting deadlines.
- Capacity to work both independently and within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing analytics.
- An interest in sustainability, retail, and consumer products.
Location & details#
- Location: Glendale, California. You must be based in the Los Angeles area.
- Modality: Hybrid and on-site. You must be available to work on-site for photography and sample program tasks.
- Compensation: $22-$25 per hour, depending on experience and education.
