About the role#
As an Experience Management Intern, you will join the Customer Experience team at Mercury Marine. This role focuses on improving experiences for dealers, consumers, technicians, and internal stakeholders. You will gain hands-on exposure to experience design, design thinking, analytics, and digital initiatives while working on projects like the B2B Purchasing Portal and the Technician Learning Program.
What you'll do#
- Support experience design projects by gathering information and documenting processes.
- Participate in design thinking workshops, ideation, and journey mapping.
- Collect, organize, and analyze stakeholder feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagements, including scheduling and note-taking.
- Research customer experience best practices and industry trends.
- Create and maintain communication materials, presentations, job aids, and project documentation.
- Prepare reports and visual representations to share project findings and recommendations.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or Operations Management.
- Minimum second semester sophomore status with at least 48 completed credits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.

- Employment Type: Full-time.
- Compensation: $18.00 to $27.50 per hour, based on qualifications and business needs.
