About the role#
This position focuses on improving how students are evaluated within the school system. You will work on-site to help teachers and staff refine their assessment methods and ensure that data collection meets educational standards.
What you'll do#
- Create new tools and strategies for student assessment.
- Examine student performance data to identify trends.
- Train staff on best practices for assessment.
- Work alongside teachers to build their assessment literacy.
- Confirm that all practices follow state and federal education regulations.
What you'll need#
- A background in Psychology, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Communications, Political Science, or Public Health.
- Experience with educational measurement and assessment techniques.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data.
- Knowledge of state and federal education regulations.
- The ability to work well with teachers and school staff.
