About the role#
Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a student for a Spring 2027 Co-Op focused on CAR-T material management, buying, and planning. You will support site material activities, cost saving proposals, and continuous improvement initiatives within our Cell Therapy operations. This role involves working across functions to ensure our supply chain supports the creation of innovative therapies.
What you'll do#
- Monitor inventory levels, develop material forecasts, and place purchase orders for replenishment.
- Manage and adjust ERP master data to improve forecast accuracy and purchasing efficiency.
- Create and manage metrics to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Balance site material requirements with vendor relationship management.
- Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce costs and increase operational efficiency.
- Support the development of quarterly and annual budgets.
- Drive initiatives for accurate inventory management and cycle count processes.
- Build and maintain relationships across internal functions and with external stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Junior in a Bachelor’s degree program, graduating in Spring or Summer 2028.
- Major in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or Business/Data Analytics.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and macros.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to extract, analyze, and interpret complex data.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter mindset with a curiosity about Cell Therapy and supply chain operations.

- Term: Winter 2027 (January 11, 2027 to June 18, 2027).
- Modality: On-site.
- Employment: Full-time, paid at $24.00 per hour.
