About the role#
Join the Bose Supply Chain organization to work across the end-to-end value chain. You will gain exposure to Procurement, Logistics, Planning, Customer Service, and Strategy. This co-op role combines daily operational tasks with a dedicated project focused on measuring and managing costs. You will analyze data, prepare reports, and present recommendations to improve supply chain processes.
What you'll do#
- Facilitate a co-op project that identifies a measurable improvement opportunity, analyze the data, and support the implementation of your recommendations.
- Own or support recurring KPI reporting and dashboards for supply chain leadership, ensuring data accuracy and clear communication of insights.
- Maintain data quality and work with tier-one partners to validate cost-reduction and savings processes.
- Partner with internal and external IT teams to troubleshoot data issues, refresh extracts, and support monthly business cadences.
- Contribute to Supply Chain Systems and Analytics initiatives, including AI readiness and user acceptance testing.
- Create and maintain documentation, such as job aids and work instructions, to help cross-functional users navigate reporting tools.
What you'll need#
- Current progress toward a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
- Comfort working with data and business operations.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
- Exposure to Power BI or other data visualization tools.
- Interest in or exposure to AI implementation.
- Ability to communicate clearly, work independently, and engage with senior stakeholders.
- Strong initiative and follow-through on project milestones and weekly tasks.

- Term: Winter 2027 to Summer 2027 (January 11, 2027, to June 25, 2027).
