About the role#
As a Human Resources Intern, you will work with the North American Talent Acquisition team on projects that shape how candidates discover and join Bosch. You will gain exposure to recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding while building skills in project management and digital marketing. This role involves a mix of strategic projects and hands-on recruiting tasks.
What you'll do#
- Improve the employee journey through onboarding, referral, and internal talent attraction projects.
- Create resources and training content for Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
- Turn data and trends into ideas that strengthen candidate engagement.
- Develop content for social media, career sites, and recruiting marketing channels.
- Tell authentic employee stories through video, photography, and other creative formats.
- Enhance the candidate experience by refreshing job advertisement content.
- Support vendor relationships for prescreening and onboarding activities.
- Represent Bosch at university and early-talent events.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Junior or senior standing with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills and a self-starter mindset.
- A customer-service focus and interest in employer branding, social media, or recruiting.
- Ability to work 24 to 32 hours per week.
- Experience with platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Google Analytics, Glassdoor, Brazen, Handshake, or Synthesia is a plus.
Location & details#
- This is a hybrid position based in Farmington Hills, Michigan.
- You must be able to work onsite three days per week.
- This is a paid internship.
- Future sponsorship for work authorization is not available.
