About the role#
The Summer Games is an internship program designed to help students build technical skills while solving complex customer problems. You will work in a team environment to develop a breakthrough idea or solution. Throughout the program, you will receive mentorship from senior leaders and use Booz Allen products and engagement models to address real-world challenges. The summer concludes with a final Challenge Cup competition where you will present your solution to senior leadership.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with a team to tackle a specific challenge project.
- Develop solutions for multidimensional customer problems.
- Present your final project to senior leadership during the Challenge Cup.
- Use company products and engagement models to drive your project forward.
What you'll need#
- Experience with programming languages such as .NET, C++, JavaScript, Java, or Python.
- Knowledge of software development best practices.
- Ability to learn new programming languages and frameworks.
- Ability to work effectively in groups.
- Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in a Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field by Winter or Spring of 2027 or 2028.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
