About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship running from May 12, 2026, to August 14, 2026. You will work with a mentor to create web copy that supports strategic creative plans. You will gain hands-on experience in an advertising agency environment while developing your professional portfolio.
What you'll do#
- Write and edit content for landing pages, blog posts, and digital campaigns.
- Apply SEO best practices, including keyword research, metadata, and content structure.
- Format content to capture featured snippets and People Also Ask placements.
- Learn to use Answer Engine Optimization to structure content for AI platforms and voice assistants.
- Participate in internal presentations and creative ideation.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's program for advertising, communications, marketing, or a related field, or graduation within the last year.
- A portfolio of creative work.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Curiosity about how AI and search engines influence content discovery.
Location & details#
- This is a hybrid position based in Salt Lake City, Utah.
- The role is paid at $17 per hour for up to 40 hours per week.
- College credit is available for this internship.
