About the role#
Bond Vet offers an externship program for students seeking exposure to a variety of clinical cases in a state-of-the-art environment. This role is designed to support your professional growth through mentorship and hands-on experience in both primary and urgent care settings.
What you'll do#
- Focus on patient care with support from veterinary assistants and a remote nurse team.
- Participate in surgery and dental procedures.
- Shadow appointments with credentialed veterinary technicians.
- Educate pet parents about care and treatment.
- Attend internal educational events provided by the Medical Operations Team.
- Utilize innovative technologies and medical equipment.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an AVMA accredited veterinary technician or veterinary nursing program.
- A program requirement for externship hours or clinical skills.
- Independent, unrestricted valid authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer. Note that sponsorship is not provided for this role.
