About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to support the recruitment team at Bombardier. You will assist with the full cycle of talent acquisition, from identifying candidate profiles to finalizing hiring formalities. This is a full-time, paid position for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Meet with managers to define candidate needs.
- Source talent using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Review and analyze incoming resumes.
- Conduct initial telephone screenings for internal and external roles.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, both virtual and in person.
- Participate in interviews with managers and provide advisory support.
- Prepare offer letters, transfer letters, and pre-employment verification documents.
- Maintain the applicant tracking system.
- Follow up with candidates regarding hiring paperwork.
- Represent the company at job fairs.
- Contribute to projects focused on improving recruitment processes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student in Business Administration or Human Resources.
- Availability to work full-time for a duration of 4 to 8 months.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
- Strong skills in MS Office and general computer literacy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and handle pressure.
- High level of professionalism and initiative.
- Knowledge of SAP or SuccessFactors is considered an asset.

- Note: This role is open to students only. Occasional travel outside of Canada may be required for training or work purposes.
