About the role#
This is a full-time internship position for the Winter 2027 term. You will work within the New Development Program to support program management tasks. This role is based in Mississauga, Ontario, and follows a hybrid work model.
What you'll do#
- Collect and track key performance indicators for senior management updates.
- Perform data analysis and ensure data alignment within the program.
- Support the change management process, specifically regarding business cases, schedules, and risk management.
- Build project tracking tools in MS Excel for budget and schedule monitoring.
- Coordinate communication between internal departments.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items and minutes.
- Help prepare and release internal documents like coordination memos and program directives.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a post-secondary institution in a field such as Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
- Excellent oral and written proficiency in both English and French.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for accuracy and foresight.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as MS Project.
- A professional attitude and a commitment to team goals.

- Note: This role is open to current students only, not new graduates. Occasional travel outside of Canada may be required for training or work purposes.
