About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for the Winter 2027 term. You will work within the Completion Center in a hybrid capacity. Please note that this position is open to current students only and is not available to new graduates. Occasional travel outside of Canada for training or work may be required.
What you'll do#
- Analyze data quality within the ERP system.
- Create and track key performance indicators based on internal processes and ERP data.
- Ensure system integrity.
- Develop and carry out action plans alongside the internal logistics and supply teams.
- Coordinate with departments including logistics, supply, methods, industrial engineering, and quality.
- Assist with the implementation of new tools within the manufacturing system.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor of Business Administration program with a focus on logistics or operations management, having completed at least one year of study.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Fluency in both French and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong planning skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively as part of a team.
