About the role#
This is an 8-month internship for the Winter 2027 term. You will work within the Human Resources team to support various initiatives and employee matters. This position is based in Dorval and follows a hybrid work model. Please note that this opportunity is open to current students only.
What you'll do#
- Support HR Business Partners with employee engagement, compensation, promotions, talent management, and employee relations.
- Prepare HR analyses, reports, and key metrics.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and tracking tools to assist with HR projects and decision-making.
- Contribute to the improvement of HR processes and best practices.
- Provide administrative support to the team.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in an organized manner.
- Capability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
- A positive, collaborative, and approachable attitude.
- Experience with SAP or other HRIS platforms is an asset.

- Travel: You may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training or work purposes.
