About the role#
Bombardier is hiring an intern for the Completions Systems Electric team in Dorval for the Winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid, hybrid position. You will work on-site at our Dorval Plant 3 and may occasionally travel outside of Canada for training or work purposes. This opportunity is open to current students only.
What you'll do#
- Test complex systems and document your observations.
- Adjust test rig configurations to match the required test plan.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings.
- Build applications and macros using the Microsoft Office suite.
- Develop communication strategies to work with various suppliers.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program for electrical or software engineering.
- Completion of at least 2 years of study or 60 credits.
- Experience with electrical schematics, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Practical experience with programming languages such as MS Access, Visual Basic, or MS Excel.
- Fluency in both English and French, written and spoken.
- Ability to explain complex ideas clearly in reports and presentations.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and suggest improvements.
