About the role#
This paid internship offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Program Management within the aviation and aerospace industry. Interns will work across various business units, including Commercial Airplanes, Defense, Space and Security, and Boeing Global Services. This program is designed to develop future leaders by providing exposure to real-world project execution and strategic decision-making.
What you'll do#
- Work directly with a mentor in your field of study to solve real-world problems.
- Engage in project planning, scheduling, risk management, and performance tracking.
- Tour manufacturing and research facilities to see products up close.
- Interact with company leaders to discuss business strategy and the future of aerospace.
- Build a professional network through social events and engaging activities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program with an anticipated graduation date on or after August 2027.
- Ability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during the summer.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Previous business or related internship or work experience.
- Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Project Management, Technical Management, or Information Systems.
- Note: The employer does not provide visa sponsorship.
