About the role#
This paid internship program provides students with hands-on experience in Business Operations within the aerospace industry. Interns work directly with mentors to solve real-world problems and gain exposure to the strategic operations that support global aviation. This role is designed for students seeking to build professional networks and develop leadership skills in a technical and business environment.
What you'll do#
- Work with a mentor in your field of study to develop solutions to business challenges.
- Tour manufacturing and research facilities to see products and processes up close.
- Interact with company leadership to discuss business strategy and the future of the industry.
- Participate in social events and activities to build a professional network.
- Gain skills and knowledge to prepare for a career in aerospace.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program with a graduation date on or after August 2027.
- Availability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during the summer.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Previous business or related internship or work experience.
- Demonstrated passion for the aerospace industry.
- Majors in fields such as Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or Data Science.
- Must meet Export Control compliance requirements as a US Person (US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
