About the role#
This paid internship program provides students with hands-on experience in Business Operations within the aerospace industry. Interns will work in areas such as business analysis, integrated planning and scheduling, business intelligence, and project management. This program is designed to develop future leaders through mentorship and direct engagement with company strategy.
What you'll do#
- Work directly with a mentor in your field of study to solve real-world problems.
- Tour manufacturing and research facilities to experience products firsthand.
- Interact with company leaders to discuss strategy and the future of the aerospace industry.
- Build a professional network through social events and engagement activities.
- Develop skills and knowledge required for a career in aerospace.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program with an anticipated graduation date on or after August 2027.
- Ability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during the summer.
- Academic excellence with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Previous business or related internship or work experience.
- Demonstrated passion for the aerospace industry.
- Majors in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related fields.
- Must meet Export Control compliance requirements as a US Person.
