About the role#
The Boeing Business Internship Program for Human Resources offers students an opportunity to develop professional skills while contributing to real-world business solutions. Interns work directly with mentors to gain experience in HR acumen, problem solving, and business strategy. Throughout the 10-12 week program, participants gain exposure to various parts of the HR function and the broader aerospace industry.
What you'll do#
- Tour manufacturing and research facilities to experience Boeing products firsthand.
- Collaborate with a mentor to solve real-world problems within the HR field.
- Engage with company leaders to discuss business strategy and the future of the organization.
- Build a professional network through social events and organized activities.
- Develop the skills necessary to pursue a future leadership role in the aerospace industry.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate or graduate student at a college or university.
- Demonstrated interest in Human Resources through education or relevant work experience.
- A GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Exceptional organizational and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during Summer 2027.
- Relevant academic background in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Psychology.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship.
- Boeing does not provide visa sponsorship for this role.
- Locations include: Everett, Mukilteo, Puyallup, Renton, SeaTac, Auburn, Bellevue, Kent, and Tukwila, Washington; Berkeley and Hazelwood, Missouri; Mesa, Arizona; and North Charleston, South Carolina.
