About the role#
The Part-Time Student Program Management role is an early-career development position designed for students to gain hands-on experience in corporate and operational project management. You will work alongside your academic schedule to support business initiatives, collaborate across functions, and build foundational project management skills. This role provides exposure to operations and strategic growth projects.
What you'll do#
- Track schedules, document milestones, and monitor task completion for business and operational projects.
- Schedule cross-functional meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on team action items.
- Maintain real-time project plans, status dashboards, risk registers, and resource tracking sheets.
- Gather project budget, timeline, and resource data to flag potential bottlenecks and support leadership reporting.
- Learn project methodologies and participate in structured mentorship.
What you'll need#
- Current Junior, Senior, or Graduate level student.
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Operations Management.
- Minimum GPA of 3.5.
- At least 18 years of age prior to the start of the assignment.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident authorized to work in the United States.

- Location: Fort Valley, Georgia, USA.
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate academic commitments.
- Work environment: Office and manufacturing settings with exposure to heat, cold, and noise. Use of personal protective equipment is required.
