About the role#
Blue Bird Corporation is offering a Summer 2026 internship for a Mechanical Engineering student. This full-time, on-site position is designed to provide hands-on experience through a core functional assignment and a special project. Interns will contribute to department goals and present their project outcomes to the leadership team at the conclusion of the program.

What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Sophomore, Junior, Senior, or Graduate-level student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- At least 18 years of age prior to the start of the internship.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Ability to gather information, analyze data, and think critically to support decision-making.
