About the role#
This student worker position provides office support and customer service for the Disability Services and Counseling department. You will assist with front desk operations and help the team run daily tasks.
What you'll do#
- Answer telephone calls and manage front desk duties.
- Greet students, faculty, and staff.
- Answer questions regarding academic accommodations, mental health counseling, and testing.
- Manage reservation and appointment systems.
- Assist staff with various projects.
What you'll need#
- Ability to perform front desk duties.
- Professionalism when interacting with students and faculty.
- Availability to work 3-4 hour shifts during business hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm).
- Enrollment in a relevant major such as Psychology, Communications, Public Health, Health Administration, or Human Resources.

- Location: Bryan, Texas.
- This is a paid, on-site, part-time position with rolling recruitment.
