About the role#
The Finance Intern supports the Enterprise Finance and Business teams at our Northeast Minneapolis location. You will work alongside financial analysts to provide support across various business functions. This role is a paid, temporary internship that requires part-time availability during the school year and full-time hours during the summer.
What you'll do#
- Perform financial planning and analysis tasks, including daily sales analysis and annual budgeting.
- Conduct monthly expense variance analysis.
- Prepare quarterly business presentations.
- Develop, validate, and execute reporting projects and system enhancements.
- Manage data to address the company's reporting needs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
- Completion of at least 6 semesters of college coursework, with a minimum of sophomore standing.
- Basic experience and understanding of Excel.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
