About the role#
BinSentry is hiring a Corporate Development Analyst for a paid, full-time, six-month fellowship. The role runs from October 5, 2026, to April 5, 2027. You will report to the Vice President of Corporate Development and work with the CEO and executive leadership to evaluate markets, manage strategic transactions, and develop partnerships. This position offers exposure to high-priority business opportunities and cross-functional collaboration.
What you'll do#
- Support the evaluation and execution of M&A opportunities, including target research, financial analysis, valuation, and diligence coordination.
- Build financial models and business cases for acquisitions, partnerships, and capital-allocation decisions.
- Research markets, customers, competitors, and industry trends to support business development.
- Prepare clear, decision-oriented presentations, deal memos, and executive briefings.
- Collaborate with Finance, Product, Sales, Operations, and Legal teams while managing project plans and workstreams.
What you'll need#
- A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, accounting, engineering, data analytics, or a related field.
- Zero to two years of experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate development, private equity, venture capital, or strategic finance.
- Analytical skills with comfort in financial statements and business models.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive mindset and attention to detail.
- A collaborative working style and willingness to travel periodically for business meetings.

- Location: Boston, Massachusetts (Remote work modality).
- Term: Fall 2026 fellowship.
- Compensation: $70,000 to $80,000 USD annually.
- Employment: Full-time.
