About the role#
This internship provides an introduction to the public accounting profession. You will work on various client engagements while building a foundation for your career. This is a full-time, paid position based in Indianapolis.
What you'll do#
- Support multiple supervisors across a variety of client engagements.
- Apply your accounting knowledge to perform client work using firm technology.
- Shadow tax professionals at various levels of the firm.
- Participate in team building, training initiatives, and a marketing or research project.
- Attend social functions, including lunches, happy hours, and community service projects.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a junior or senior in an accredited accounting or related program.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or above is preferred.
- Proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software.
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed, including frequent same-day travel.
- Familiarity with the public accounting profession.
- Eligibility to work in the United States, as sponsorship is not available for this role.

- Pay Range: $30 to $40 per hour.
