About the role#
We are looking for an Audit Intern to join our team for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid internship based on-site at our Florida offices. You will gain hands-on experience by supporting our assurance team with various client engagements and professional services.
What you'll do#
- Document the execution of audit procedures based on engagement objectives.
- Review, document, and perform functional testing of internal controls.
- Provide professional services, including financial statement audits, reviews, compilations, and advisory engagements.
- Apply your knowledge of US GAAS and GAAP technical standards.
- Assist in identifying process issues and developing recommended solutions.
- Maintain a strong client focus and build productive working relationships with client personnel.
- Use technology to share knowledge with the team and improve service delivery.
- Stay current on business and economic developments relevant to our clients.
- Demonstrate professionalism while working within client environments.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Accounting.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Availability to work up to 40 hours per week is preferred.
