About the role#
The PACT Intensive Home Based Treatment (IHBT) Intern provides therapeutic services to children and families. You will work under the clinical supervision of an experienced field instructor. This is a paid position that offers hands-on clinical training and support. You can expect a flexible schedule that accommodates your academic commitments, though evening work is required.
What you'll do#
- Assist with model-driven assessments, individual and family psychotherapy, and case management.
- Coordinate with schools, community organizations, health professionals, and the justice system.
- Attend weekly individual and group supervision sessions.
- Complete quarterly department trainings.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Master's level Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy program.
- Second year Master's level student status.
- A Bachelor's degree.
- Possession of a SWT, CT, or MFTT.
