About the role#
As an Operations Intern, you will join a 12-week program designed to provide hands-on experience in manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and logistics. You will work on business projects, collaborate with global teams, and present your findings to company leadership. This is a full-time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Evaluate internal supply chain processes and procedures to find areas for improvement.
- Communicate with vendors to identify new opportunities.
- Review manufacturing processes and help develop standardized systems.
- Identify supply chain and strategic sourcing disruptions.
- Calculate the financial impact of your findings and propose action plans.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor or master degree program for Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering.
- Project or work experience in project management, supply chain, or cross-functional collaboration.
- Exposure to data analytics, Lean Methodologies, Six Sigma, or structured problem solving.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Intellectual curiosity and a bias for action.
- Ability to work in the United States without company-provided visa sponsorship.
- Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments.
