About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within Behavioral Health Network, the largest provider of behavioral health services in Western Massachusetts. You will work alongside experienced professionals on projects that support our mission and daily operations. This role is designed to help you build practical skills and gain exposure to leadership, strategic planning, and healthcare operations.
What you'll do#
- Participate in department projects and organizational initiatives.
- Conduct research, analysis, and reporting to support business decisions.
- Assist with process improvement efforts and operational workflows.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the organization.
- Attend meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities.

What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program.
- Interest in behavioral healthcare, business, technology, administration, or related fields.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other standard technology platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to meaningful projects.
