Operations Intern

About the role#

Behavioral Health Group is seeking an Operations Intern to support strategic and operational initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience working with executive leadership, focusing on data analysis, performance insights, and continuous improvement within a behavioral health setting.

What you'll do#

• Conduct research and analysis of Net Promoter Score (NPS) and patient satisfaction data to identify trends and drivers.
• Analyze data related to Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Substance Use Disorder (SUD) program launches to track performance metrics.
• Analyze data associated with Corrective Plans of Action (CPO) to monitor progress and measure outcomes.
• Assist in evaluating Strategic Response Plans (SRPs) through performance tracking.
• Create clear, concise reports and presentations for senior leadership to translate complex data into actionable insights.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data into meaningful recommendations.
• Proficiency in Excel, specifically pivot tables and data analysis functions; experience with data visualization tools is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
