About the role#
This Summer 2027 internship provides an opportunity to assist our international tax team in Houston. You will work alongside experienced professionals to help clients navigate cross-border tax matters. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site.
What you'll do#
- Perform tax research and analysis regarding international tax issues.
- Assist in preparing Written Tax Advice for cross-border transactions.
- Gather client information needed for international tax compliance forms.
- Use tax research databases and specialized software to support client reporting.
- Coordinate with non-US colleagues to align US tax rules with foreign tax law.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Accounting, Taxation, or a Master of Laws degree program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
