    About the role#

    BDO Canada is seeking Co-op or Intern students for the Financial Reporting & Insights team. This role is based in the BC Interior, with positions available in Kelowna, Kamloops, Vernon, Salmon Arm, and Revelstoke. This is a full-time, paid position starting in May 2027, with options for a 4 or 8-month term.

    What you'll do#

    • Prepare tax returns for a variety of clients by applying technical knowledge gained through your studies.
    • Contribute to tax compliance projects and other assignments in accordance with regulatory standards.
    • Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, responding effectively to their requests and suggestions.
    • Communicate regularly with team members to provide progress updates and address any issues that arise.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in an accounting degree or diploma program.
    • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
    • Proven leadership ability and a proactive approach to seeking understanding.
    • A commitment to teamwork and providing high-quality client service.

    • Locations: Kelowna, Kamloops, Vernon, Salmon Arm, and Revelstoke, BC.
    • Term: Summer 2027 start.
    • Modality: On-site.
