The Waco Hall Usher position supports the Student Activities department by facilitating events and hospitality services at Waco Hall. This is a paid, on-site, part-time student role for the Fall 2026 term, ideal for students pursuing degrees in Communications or Business Administration.
What you'll do#
- Assist house management with lobby setup for events.
- Greet patrons, distribute programs, and provide information or answer inquiries.
- Deliver customer service to clients and visitors.
- Coordinate and assist with various event-related tasks.
- Ensure patrons follow facility and event policies.
What you'll need#
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to comply with University policies.
- Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance.
