About the role#
The Art and Art History department is seeking a Student Worker to assist with academic support and administrative tasks. This role focuses on fostering educational growth for students and maintaining a supportive environment within the department.
What you'll do#
- Provide academic assistance to students in the discipline.
- Identify student educational needs and provide appropriate guidance.
- Conduct research tasks as required.
- Assist with attendance recording.
- Provide information and customer service to constituents.
- Maintain a safe environment and ensure the confidentiality of all pertinent information.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by the professor.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student, preferably in an Art major.
- Punctuality and dependability in maintaining a regular schedule.
- Ability to adhere to the schedule set by the professor.
- Commitment to complying with all University policies.

- Location: Hooper-Schaefer Fine Arts Center, Waco, Texas.
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Flexible hours as agreed upon with the professor.
